Site Assessment and Survey
We conduct a high-level on-site assessment as part of the proposal process. Once we proceed with the project, we then carry out a more detailed survey.
To support this survey, our surveyor comes on-site with your project liaison. Utilizing consultative briefs, checklists, and technical assessment tools, the surveyor walks through the solution requirements and ascertains any site-oriented information which may be pertinent to the solution proposal and deployment.
Survey and assessment information is then collated and utilized by our Technical Project Manager to ensure that our solution proposal is entirely contingent with your network and building infrastructures.
System Design Consultancy
Our System Design team is highly qualified to ensure the utmost standards of design quality. Our team utilizes the information collated from consultation sessions, site assessments, and surveys to plan and better provide you with the most efficient solutions. In collaboration with your account manager and project team, our designers devise and cost the best value solution for the low, medium and long-term requirements.
Our solutions proposal documents are published with version controls, enabling all parties to track the solution development and agree on final proposals.
Our systems design services are available both as an integrated process of our solution delivery and as a consultative service

Project Management

We thoroughly assess risks and put contingency plans in place. The dedicated Project Manager coordinates the supply-chain and logistics, controlling the budget and keeping you informed of any change. The assigned project manager can ensure the quality of the engineering work involved in the project, coordinate user training, and produce handover documentation for the support team.

Documentation & Training

During the commissioning process our trainers will assist customers by providing them the knowledge to ensure that they have the confidence to use the solution. Hence optimizing staff productivity and adoption, so the customer achieves the expected return on their investment. Our trainers are highly skilled in a variety of technologies and have wide industry experience in successful adoption, and work closely with the Project Management team to provide a seamless transition to the customer’s new solution.
